However it should be noted that tetrahexagon is not eligible for shipping costs once customer requests for a refund.
For some products like electronics or appliances, high-value items, the manufacturer's warranty may apply. In this case, if the product is found to be faulty or defective, returns and replacement are typically handled by the manufacturer.
Depending on the duration of usage and damage, the percentage cost is calculated to determine how much the customer should be refunded.
tetrahexagon company does not charge taxes or import duties for any product. Once the product has been shipped or transported, depending on the value or cost of the product, it has to be cleared by your nearest Customs Office, Post Office, etc before receiving and handling the product.
